TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs your use of the dog walking service provided by "Strollers Dog Walking". By booking us and our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your dog(s) and your preferred service(s) on our website, via phone or in person. Once the booking has been confirmed, you will be required to make payment in whole, either via cash, bank transfer or PayPal. Payment must be received no later than the day of service.
1.1. Invoicing
*Under special circumstances and at our discretion you may be allowed to pay us due on receipt of invoice (Please contact us to discuss before booking).
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to provide proper notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost may apply. We reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, illness, or emergencies.
3. Health & Vaccinations
We require all dogs using our services to have up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough, and be in good health. It is your responsibility to provide proof of vaccinations and disclose any behavioral or medical issues that may affect the service if necessary.
3.1 First Aid & Emergency
You allow us to administer first aid if required and take your pet(s) to their registered vet on file if for any reason we're unable to make contact first in an emergency.
4. Liability
We take great care when walking your dog(s), and they are under our constant supervision while in our care. However, accidents can happen, and we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to your dog(s), other dogs, or people around us while using our service unless in the case of proven negligence on our part. We maintain public liability insurance coverage up to £1 million for peace of mind. We also recommend our customers to have up to date pet insurance, microchip & Collar tag with contact details.
5. Property Access
If you do not plan to be home during the service, we need to have access to your property to collect and drop-off your dog(s). The customer is responsible for providing us with a key, access code, or any other necessary information for successful entry to the property. If we are unable to access the property at the time of arrival due to no fault of our own, a late cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost may apply.
6. Termination of Service
You may terminate the service at any time by notifying us in writing. We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if we feel that the relationship is not in the best interests of either party.
